Working in Partnership
KPC works closely with a number of associate companies to provide clients with a wider range of expertise in areas which complement KPC's skill base. Our associates, with whom we have worked over many years, are all specialist consulting businesses in their own right. By working alongside these partner organisations, KPC can deliver more comprehensive solutions tailored to meet specific client needs. Established associate relationships fall into three key areas:
- Corporate Finance
KPC works with a number of corporate finance and accounting firms to supplement the business management services offered by Kip Point. Through our finance associates we are able to offer specialist advice on mergers and acquisitions, business succession and disposals issues, business valuations and all corporate taxation matters.
- Investment Partners
With any new technology company or high growth universtity spin-out, it is essential to ensure that new companies work with an investment partner who truely understands their business and can provide hands-on support when a company needs it most. KPC has partnered with Anglo Scientific Ltd on a number of investments and has found them to be a be a very supportive team who add significant value in the preparation of fund raising business plans, shaping patent and IP strategy and in securing multiple funding rounds.
- Technology
Working with our technology associate Peacock Technology Ltd, KPC is able to provide technical assurance, due diligence and project management support to client companies. PTL specialises in new product development, including electronics design, firmware, embedded software, device drivers and user interfaces.

KPC's coaching expertise is geared towards business issues and mentoring executives to help deal with day-to-day matters. However, work performance and managing change issues often have wider ranging implications for individuals and their families. KPC coaching associates are on hand to assist with life coaching and personal issues should this be required by client companies.
